Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Synergetix order. Due to the nature of our products, our refund and return policy differs from that of standard retail goods. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. All Sales Final — No Returns

Research peptides are perishable biological materials that require strict temperature control and handling. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot accept returns under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and quality of every product that reaches our customers, as well as to comply with safety standards for handling research-grade materials.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final once the order has been dispatched.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at support@synergetix.store within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible for resolution.

Your message must include all of the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographic proof of the damage or incorrect item (images must clearly show the product, packaging, and any visible defects)

Upon review, Synergetix will, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement of the affected product(s)
  • Store credit equivalent to the value of the affected item(s)

We do not offer cash refunds for damaged or incorrect items except where required by applicable law.

3. Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time up until a shipment confirmation email has been sent. To cancel a pre-order, please contact us at support@synergetix.store with your order number and cancellation request.

Once a shipment confirmation has been issued, the order is considered fulfilled and is subject to the same no-return policy that applies to all shipped orders. We are unable to intercept shipments once they have been dispatched to the carrier.

Refunds for cancelled pre-orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

4. Order Errors Made by Synergetix

In the rare event that we make an error with your order (wrong product, wrong quantity, missing item), we will correct it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a description of the discrepancy.
